Very rude manners. Was late by 10 minutes due to traffic and the lady was literally screaming that she is going to cancel the appointment, she closes at 5, has to pick up her kids, blah, blah. When I explained my situation, she said she can only cut & not style and and I'll have to walk out with wet hair - all this with a raised voice. Whatever needs to be conveyed could have been done gently instead of raised threatening voice. Would not recommend this place.. The first time I went with another colleague she fleeced us, charging €60 for a haircut and €35 for styling. Her manners were rude the first time as well - curt replies not considering that we were first time clients. I have heard similar experiences of other friends - she calls and cancels appointments 10 minutes before as she has to pick her kids of if someone is late due to traffic. What about the times she makes clients wait for 10 minutes? Doesn't that count? She might have a reputation for being a good "kapper" but such bad manners and arrogance to clients is so unprofessional. She needs a lesson in manners.
